Wolfe Glass will be teaching 2 afternoon sessions of Tai Gong. Tai Gong is an exercise form that combines Tai Chi,Qigong plus Healing Sounds.

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art, practiced for both its graceful coordinated continuous movements and healing benefits. Qigong is a complimentary practice which also involves slow coordinated movements focusing on moving meditation and the opening of essential Qi channels. Wolfe Glass has added elements of Qigong and Tai Chi to the Tai Gong form to create a unique new form which integrates elements of both in an organic and unique form which combines the studious beauty and spiritual and physical benefits of both forms in a deep but accessible form. The healing sounds are an ancient practice which combine sound, movement and mudras to resonate and energize internal organs of the body.

This three part teaching benefits all ages, and states of mobility in an exercise form that energizes and heals.

Wolfe has studied internal Taoist Arts with a master from China for over 20yrs. The class will begin with Taoist standing meditation and than go on to simple Qigong exercises,the 1st chapter of the Tai Gong form and will finish with some Tai Chi walking and a cool down.
