1. Why I did I not receive a paper ticket?
We decided to handle all ticketing electronically. When you purchase a ticket, your name is recorded and will be with us at the door. Simply arrive with identification to enter the venue.
Curious whether your purchase was processed successfully? When you purchase a ticket online, you should receive an email with confirmation number. If you are unable to find this email, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll investigate the issue.
